"I received a phone call from a State Farm agent today that left me beyond frustrated. I made it clear I wasn't interested, but she just kept pushing! Last year’s quote was already higher than expected, so why would I want to revisit that? It made no sense when she insisted my information was incorrect. How can you expect someone to consider an offer when you’re not even listening to their concerns? It's infuriating when companies can't respect your preferences and keep trying to sell you something you don't want! PS please stop calling me if I need your service.I will call you thank you."

"Lisette is the best. They had previously quoted my home and auto, then when the rates dropped significantly they followed up with me even though I wasn’t a client yet.
